Last week, we heard about the challenge of stretching to care for others, even when they aren’t able to do the same…especially when they aren’t able to do the same.
This week, Jesus wraps up his sermon on the plain by challenging us to be grounded. In Luke 6:39-49, we learn how important it is to see clearly, to live from our hearts, and to build a secure foundation on what Christ is teaching. We absolutely want to impact this world. And, we can only do so when we’re grounded in God.
